CFS Fundraising Update
After spending 3 months fundraising in the US for the Computers For Sustainability Project, I returned home last week and I am happy to announce that we have raised nearly 60% of the initial investment of US$ 68,000 needed to get the project running!
As you may know, Computers For Sustainability is a fudraising endeavour to establish an IT Social Enterprise that will help make our work in Cameroon/Africa to become self-sustaining, rather than donor-depended. 100% of proceeds from the sale of Computers and related IT equipment and services will be invested to support the non-profit work of Helps International (HINT) – http://www.hintonline.org, and Buea Community Church (BCC) – http://www.bueachurch.org.
I want to thank all those who have donated their time, money, skills, and hardware towards this project already. If you have not yet been involved in some way, I want to encourage you to do something. You can be involved and then invite your friends, family, Church, organization or company to be involved too. You can give online or by check and your donations are tax-deductible. Please contact us or visit the project website at http://www.cfs.hintonline.org for details on how to give.
Thank you for your generosity and we will be in touch soon with more news.

We also want to thank Brendan Sherry and William Douglas (students from universities in the UK) who have completed a research in Buea aimed at providing clean drinking water to the people of Buea in the near future. Their work will be published on our website as soon as it becomes available.

May God continue to bless and prosper every one of your endeavours.
Sincerely,
